When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 30 day written notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis. We also offer discounts for longer term leases. We pro-rate your first months rent. We do not pro-rate your rent when moving out. If your lock is on the unit on the first day of the month, you will be billed for the entire month.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit. If you use our 24/7 kiosk for rental, you will be given a pass code once the rental process is complete.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order (to 263 Happy Trails Lane, Starkville, MS), make a payment through our website or your mobile device, or visit one of three 24-hour kiosks. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Space Estimator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
